What is the biggest 960 you can put on here null

From what I've researched and can tell you should be able to use any of the 960's. I have the 512mb and runs just fine. I honestly wouldn't waist a whole lot on a large M.2 but go with something big enough to run the OS and then but in a larger SSD.
