Thank you for reaching out. You should be getting higher. I have the same specs with Epic settings and get 120 (I have mine capped) unless you are in a very populated action packed area (tilted) then it may drop to 100 or so. Make sure that you are on fullscreen and that you have VSync turned off as it limits your FPS. From there I would turn post processing off (most users prefer this as lens flares and such are mostly found to be annoying) and shadows turned all the way down (another common user preference).
