“Can I upgrade to a 1070 Ti, i7 7700, and 16gb of ddr4 ram by Corsair veangance (3000Mhz)? Would the temperatures be high? Would I need to add a better CPU cooler? Or add a high PSU? Also is an i7-7700k work? (Team HP respond please)”

Thank you for your patience in awaiting a response. You'll find complete specifications for this system at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05389962 including HP tested processor and RAM upgrades. This computer certainly supports all of those components. The 3000Mhz RAM exceeds the officially supported DDR4-2133 speed so you may be able to save money by going with RAM that runs at DDR4-2133. With thermals, you should not have an issue unless you would be overclocking, which is not recommended. With cooling upgrades be cautious as the chassis depth is 6.5". If a power supply upgrade is required for components note that the system uses a standard microATX sized supply. The 7700K has not been tested with this motherboard so I cannot recommend it.
