Hmm. Not sure why this is happening might have something to do with your monitor. If your monitor is 60hz I would recommend a 144hz monitor a really good budget monitor is the ASUS VG248QE for $270, might be even cheaper on black Friday, but if money isn't a problem then I would get the Alienware 25 AW2518H which cost $600 at Best Buy, which could be even cheaper on Black Friday or get it on Amazon for $489. (there are 2 version one with FreeSync which is for AMD users which is cheaper and a one with G-Sync which is for NVIDIA users, in your case, benefiting you since this system contains a GTX 1060 3gb. But this could be that your system has something defected I would contact Best Buy or contact the HP support https://support.hp.com/us-en/products/laptops/omen-laptops. Hope this helps!
