I would recommend running Fortnite on Epic with Post processing and Shadows turned to the lowest settings, they tend to just get in the way and allow more power to go towards getting you those high frames. If you have VSYNC off then you will be able to get upwards of 120fps with slight frame drops if you are in a high traffic area kind of like how Risky was on those week 7 challenges!
