They come with a version of Windows 10. No need to pay, but no disc. Updates and recovery can be made directly from the OS.

But no installation media comes with the unit, which is industry standard these days. Windows 10 installation media is available directly from microsoft, so all you really need to do is to write down what windows 10 product key is associated with your system and type that in when re-installing fresh from that media (which microsoft can let you create on optical media or USB stick).
