You are probably looking for a response from a BB or HP rep, of which I am neither. That being said, somewhere in the fine print there is statement that says something to the effect of: Product photos may not be representative of the product you receive. And that's the gist of what happened. "Custom" PC components tend to change in performance and appearance faster than website editors can keep up. Often these changes happen so much that it would be financially irresponsible to continually update the pictures. With regard to PCs: as long as the product received meets the listed technical performance levels specified in the item listing and the difference in appearance is not egregious (i.e.: got a metal access panel instead of a tempered glass access panel, or ordered a blue item and got a doody brown item), then any remuneration is at the sole discretion of either the vendor or manufacturer, and the customer generally has to rectify the difference in appearance themselves (and hope they don't nullify the warranty by doing so) or just live with the disappointment. I am not a lawyer or any other type of legal professional, nor do I now or have I ever worked for a legal professional or practiced law. TLDR: Buyer beware. Sorry if this isn't helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes the product photos are slightly different than the actual products, but the specs will be the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.well a lot of times companies use the same photo that is a general photo. they make a few of these pcs now all with different gpus. 1060 3 gig vram, 1060 6 gig vram, 1070, 2080 etc. but as said, as long as what you got, and what was in the description matches, then it is what it is. yes, it would be nice to have an actual picture of this particular model. you can do a review and state that. as for above answer. I would consider if you get a solid side panel instead of a clear panel a big deal especially if you got lights. same with color. if I order an orange PC, I expect that. those are things that if listed (not pictured) then I would expect it and if those are not meant, some kind of money back, return etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The photos your looking at are of the RTX2080 which is the $1,999.00 version of Omen Obelisk.
