- Answer The $85 is a non refundable fee for shipping, handling, and labor. You would then get a quote for the parts that need to be replaced. You of course accept or deny that cost. Accepting will repair for the additional quoted part cost. . Denying will return the unit to you, but the $85 fee would not be reimbursed.
