Service Features

As part of this service, an Agent will:

Diagnose software/hardware issues on one (1) of these device types: Computer system; tablet or mobile device; networkable device, such as network-attached storage (NAS) drive, Blu-ray player, Apple TV®, etc.

Provide an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) to deliver a complete solution.

Repair any operating system–related issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.).

Remove all viruses and spyware.

If a computer, perform a Quick Tune-Up: Remove programs and shortcuts you do not want; configure start-up items and services to best suit your needs; install Windows updates or other critical updates; apply AgentTweaks; test the operating system.
