      I paid $300.00 for GEEK SQUAD and ZIP

      I thought that I hired a GEEK SQUAD expert to come to my home and FIX MY COMPUTER. He didn't FIX IT, instead he made it worse. Now trying to get your money back is impossible. No store credit, no help, nothing. I would make you a bet you will not post the truth. Right?

      I left Laptop for diagnostics of problems after w7 was replaced with w10: keyboard did not work correctly and office started configuration every time when open. After 3 days they say no problem found and additional diagnostics required for additional fee and 2 weeks processing time. Also they said that initially described symptoms were not confirmed, while I demonstrated them again at pick up. My conclusion: they did not do a think even did not bother to read the order. I am not a computer expert, just a user, and it took 2 hours to fix the problems using Google (after I got it back because refused to pay more.)

      Great Service for warranty exchange

      I did a warranty exchange for a pair of Beats headphones, but when my fixed product was returned from Apple they did not ship the original box, carry case or wires that came with the kit (only the headphones). The Geek squad members knew this was unacceptable and they let me exchange my pair of headphones with a comparable pair of new headphones off the shelf as a way of making it right.
