“Does the Geek Squad replace batteries in Dell Studio Laptops. My laptop has a statement on the power icon, "Fully charged (100%) Consider replacing your battery" If so, what is the charge?”

Actually if you buy the replacement battery, Geek Squad will install it for you as 'Quick fix", and charge you $39.99

UPDATE 2026: Customer has to supply the battery. Geeks can install a PC battery (except Apple) for 59.99+ tax if you are not a Bestbuy Total member. The SKU is "complex battery replacement".

They don't replace batteries. They tell you how to buy the battery itself but they dont do replacements.
