    Desktop diagnostic   (1 Answer)

    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz , 32MB Memory, 1TB HD, NVIDIA GeForce GT530. OS Windows 7 Pro, Purchase Date 02/2011. After upgrading to Windows 10 I began having blue screen issues and it started shutting down. I reinstalled Windows 7 Pro and it ran fine for a while and the blue screens began to appear again and when I run diagnostic it will not complete. I believe I have a hard drive or memory issue or possibly. I'd really like to fix whatever it is because the computer has a Blu-ray RW drive as well as DVD-RW drive, 3-usb 3.0 ports, 5-usb 2.0 ports, etc. How much to come to my home and diagnose issue(s)? I live within 5 miles of the Best Buy on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis, IN (Brickyard Best Buy).

      You can save your money by doing a system recovery. It's not hard. Just contact me timtt30@list.ru I shall explain how to run it for no charge. I am really tired seeing people suffering and wasting money.

      The system starts to boot. The instant that the POST is complete I get a blue screen -- file missing or corrupted. So I go into the BIOS and on the Boot Menu I click on the BOOT Drive. The system boots up and runs well. What's the solution.   (0 Answers)
