I took my PC in and told them it has the Blue Screen of Death and they didn’t even plug it in. Then told me they can’t fix it and to take it to Microcenter. I then asked are you sure there’s nothing you can do? They replied “we can look at it for $200 but won’t be able to fix it just tell you what could be wrong with it” I was so surprised especially when talking to them they didn’t know what I was talking about and had to explain “BSOD” to them and what it was. I thought I was going to be dealing with workers who knew more about computers. It was like speaking a different language. The 2 workers I dealt with seemed like they had no experience with computers outside of Best Buy and only knew information about the products they sold, what you can read on the box, and whether or not something was in stock(nothing is in stock). Terrible experience. The lack of effort and motivation to problem solve was frustrating. I Won’t be going back ever again unless I’m paralyzed and can’t explain how to my 86 year old grandma how to see her new Roku up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question. We should be able to fix that issue for you, but we'd want to check your computer out first to be sure. Please visit www.geeksquad.com/schedule to set up a free consultation at your local Best Buy.
