Will this antenna work if placed behind a wall-mounted TV? Or does it need to be more exposed? null

Nope, weak reception. Larger flat antenna behind my wall mounted tv works better

My antenna is just leaning against my counter behind my tv. It is also on an inside wall. I am able to get more channels than on my other tvs.

I would try it first. We moved ours around and the higher the antenna and closer to the window the better.

Depending on where you are in the city it may work on some channels and other channels it won't receive. For me personally I received the most channels when I put the antenna on the window I got the most. When I put it behind my TV, I wasn't getting some channels like 33..etc.
