“Does this phone work with T Mobile existing account? I tried to activate today but it couldn't find my account”

• I bought this phone and called T-Mobile/Sprint and the rep said it could not be activated on the network. The rep said it was not compatible. Weird because per the details on the site, it is unlocked for T-Mobile. I don’t know what went wrong.

• Yes T-Mobile also has their own variant. I bought unlocked from bestbuy and popped my T-Mobile SIM card in and have had no problems

• Yeah, you should be able to do so by swapping the sim out..if it doesn't work, I'd recommend checking out a corporate TMobile location.
