Your SIM tray looks different than mine. If you can't modify one side of your tray to accept a SIM card (I didn't have to) then your tray won't allow your phone to use two SIM cards. Might have to go back to BestBuy and see if geek squad can help

One goes on the top the other goes on the bottom. Make sure the metallic surface faces out.

I have no idea as the dealer inserted the same for me.  Perhaps the Sims lays back to back but try YouTube which is a good go to tool.

The Sim slot has 2 sim blocks allow you insert 2 nano sims
