• Not all carriers accept the OnePlus Nord. I tried to transfer mine to Xfinity but they don’t accept Nords. I really miss my Nord and I am seriously thinking of switching over to another carrier so I can upgrade to a new Nord.

• I believe it can be unlocked if the device is paid off in full. It may take 30-60 days to unlock by current carrier.
