Unfortunately, we are unable to answer that question since that is a Best Buy policy. It would be advised to check the Best Buy that you are purchased the DXC390 from and they would be able to provide you the return policy information for you.

A:AnswerHello Mike
The DXC390 does not have HDMI connections. The accessories that the DXC390 comes with are a set of RCA connections, Remote control and Batteries. If you don't want to use RCA connections, you can use a digital coaxial or optical connection which are purchased separately.

A:AnswerHello Mud,
On the product page, there is two options of product to choose from. The top one is a New unit and there is an option to buy Open Box. Just double check which one that you are wanting to purchase before completing the purchase.

A:AnswerHello Kawena,
The DXC390 has RCA (white and red) or you can use one of the digital connections (coaxial or optical). Depending on the input that is available on your current amplifier you can go with one of those outputs.

If you are not getting a display on the front panel, then it sounds like an internal issue with the DXC390. Depending upon the date of purchase through Best Buy, you can return it, or the unit would have to go to service.

The DXC390 supports RCA(white and red) outputs and the digital outputs(coaxial and optical). If the Bose Player supports either one of those inputs then you can plug in the DXC390 player into the Bose.

A:AnswerHello OldGmaw,
The DXC390 audio outputs are RCA (red/white) and the digital coaxial. For the speakers, you can get powered speakers with volume control that would support an RCA or digital coaxial Input. The player does come with its own remote. As far as the product availability, I would suggest getting in touch with your local Best Buy store or you can shop Best Buy online.
Thank you

A:AnswerHello SassMan,
The DXC390 has a built in cd tray for the disc's to be placed in the number slots. We don't make anymore cd players that require a cartridge for the cd's to be inserted into the machine for playback.
