“Do you need cartridge that holds CDs that insert into machine If so is that included or do you load CD into player individually I have older model Pioneer Model PM423 cd changer that needed a cartridge is it similar”

Hello SassMan, The DXC390 has a built in cd tray for the disc's to be placed in the number slots. We don't make anymore cd players that require a cartridge for the cd's to be inserted into the machine for playback. Thank you Onkyo
