The DXC390 supports analog(red and white connections) and digital audio outputs(optical and coaxial). So if your tv supports these connections you can connect the DXC390 to the player.

Thank you for the troubleshooting information that has been performed. Unfortunately, there is an internal issue with the DXC390. The unit would have to be brought into service. You can check with your local Best Buy about servicing the unit.
