Can you hook this CD player up to speakers? null

Hello Mary, The speakers would have to be connected to a receiver or an amp. Then you can connect the DXC390 to the receiver. Unless they are powered speakers and they have the audio inputs the DXC390 supports (example: rca(analog red and white)or digital(optical or coaxial input). Thank you Onkyo
