Files need to be .mp3 or .MP3 filename extensions. One disc can have 499 files and folders [max 99 folders] - 32 characters max. This is all from the dxc390 manual.
A:AnswerI had one of these and if a disk falls off of the tray it can stop the tray from opening. Take off the outer cover find and remove the disk and it should work fine again.
A:AnswerThis unit should play back the recording on cd-r discs. I would make sure the recording session is closed (finished) on the disc. If it is, perhaps there is a disc problem.
