• Yes. Just disconnect the red/white cables used from Bose player and connect red/white from this player instead. You will need to use two remotes- Bose to control sound, Onkyo to control CD playback

• It should, you just connect the output of the CD player to the Aux In on the Bose system. I have mine connected to my Heos system this way.

• Yes. The BOSE Wave II has an input in the back for Aux input. Plug the output RCA jacks from the CD player into the Aux input RCA jacks on the BOSE, Set the BOSE to Aux Input and press play on the CD changer.
