This is a stand alone cd player. A separate component that requires you. to hook it up (connect) it to other component's, such as an receiver ( tuner (radio) and amplifier (power, watts that feeds or brings speakers to life) The speakers you purchase, relies on your taste and level of listening. You might try, Klipsch, Polk, Boston Acoustic, Paradigm or Infinity. Provided you have a receiver or amplifier that matches the quality of the speakers you choose. (p.s. don't forget the high end cables as well)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This player is actually a CD changer. This player connects to a stereo receiver and you have to purchase two speakers to listen to the CD's. Other components you could connect to the receiver are a turntable and/or a cassette player. This set-up would be referred to as a stereo system. Any brand of speakers would work well with this set-up. A CD player is one of those units that you can carry around and runs on batteries. This has two speakers built into the player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must have an amplifier between the CD player and speakers. This CD player cannot directly drive speakers. Connect the audio outputs from the CD player to the CD input on any amplifier and then connect your speakers to the amplifier. You can use any speakers you like.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a component and not a stand alone unit. It must be eased with a separate amplified and loudspeakers or a pair of powered speakers. You would need to spend a minimum of $400 to complete a basic system. The CD player does not have an amplifier and cannot support speakers on its own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reason speakers don't come with the CD player is that it's a component -- part of a stereo system to be plugged into a system with the speakers of your choice. Speakers need to be compatible with the amplifier you are using. I happen to like Bose speakers. The CD player is great!
