Now I do believe you have to have the premium 9.99 a month service to do so keep in mind you will still have to pay the fees in my area comes out to about 16 a month but you get 2 lines along with a good amount of spam rejection and voicemail too it's worth it. Keep this in mind though all this works on your internet if it's slow fax might not work.

Yes. You have to insert the fax line cord from the fax machine into the phone slot at the back of telo air device (this is the slot where your regular phone line goes into).
