I cant understand what you're asking but: If lets say your internet goes out, you cannot use the Telo Air to make calls until service is restored. You can actually make and receive calls on your mobile phone using their app and their subscription. If you make a call using their app, the phone number that would pop up would be the Ooma number not your mobile number.
