“I am not intuitive when it comes to technology. The purchase and set up of Ooma appears easy, but does Best Buy offer their customers a technology pro to advise what to buy AND set it up in my home for me? Of course I would pay for this service.”

Personally if you have a home internet you can set it up. They also have a video showing you how. You can look on you tube and there maybe more videos on how to set up. But if you want to pay $$$$$ to get the phone set up someone will be happy to help.
