Yes it is $40 for the one time fee of porting your # if you just want a basic service that is roughly $6 per month which are just fees and taxes. Otherwise you can sign up for premium service for free porting of your # with the premium service cost per month of $10 plus the basic fees and taxes of about $6 for a total cost of approximately $16 per month.
