• I believe you can take it back and forth. The easier solution would be to go on the premium plan and forward your calls to your mobile phone.

• Yes, you can plug your ooma telo base into any network connection port with internet access. Your ooma connected phone can then make and receive calls from anywhere that has network/internet access.
