“My screen size (diagonal) is 105 in. The throw distance for optoma 60 uhd for 105 in screen should be around 16-17 ft based on an online calculator. Is it true? Currently installed mount is at 11ft. Can I use the existing mount or need new at 16-17 ft?”

I set up my projector on a small table to determine where to mount mine. Please not, depending what video you watch, the amount of screen filled varies. If you want to fill the screen you will need to adjust the zoom control so keep that in mind when install it. I use it to view from a 4k bluray player, netflix and youtube at resolution to 4K.
