• it comes with an ultimate clean brush. The brush is soft but if not soft enough for you to use the sensitive clean mode.

• It comes with 2 rather firm brush heads. However there appears to be a replacement head available that is labeled as “sensitive”, which I presume would be softer. I haven’t tried it yet.
