“Does it come with closed caption that can be turned on or off? Also does the screen display incoming phone calls? I do have caller ID with my local phone service and it displays on my cordless phone and also will display on the TV screen.”

CC: yes phone service: not through the Orby TV receiver. Maybe connect it another way...not sure.
