“Just had my orby installed. I am already disappointed. Apparently, you can not record a series on the DVR. That makes it absolutely useless. Are there any plans to update this service? If so, How long? Or should I look to a different system? Steve”

Correct our current DVR software does not allow for series recording, but the engineers have been building that feature. We expect to launch it soon. You won’t have to do anything to receive the update as it will come automatically during an overnight software update.
