If purchased in store, it is supposed to print on the receipt. It did not for me. I wound up having to call Best Buys 1800 number so that they would email me the code. I got it pretty quick once I got through to the right person. According to the people at the store, its common for codes like that to be emailed to you instead of printing. So if you have given them your email, check there first before spending time on the phone.

I would double check that before purchasing. And honestly I would personally recommend avoiding this purchase all together. Unless you really want the plushie.
