“I Bought it in store on sale and they charged me for the box set and an additional copy of the game when the box set it comes with a digital download? When I brought this up they said it was supposed to be like this. Please explain”

I bought it online bestbuy app with their support and turn out i have to contact nintendo support with this situation with proof of purchase with your email account to your switch and ID so they can credit you on your account to buy this game! Its very ridicilous!
