Good luck....I gave up after getting poor service and multiple ideas as to what might be wrong without any solution. Geek Squad remotes in several times without giving a good diagnosis as to what was wrong. Was mailed a cheap box with no directions to send in for repairs, but was also told I could get it fixed elsewhere and then get reimbursed by Best Buy. Not sure either of those would actually work. Usually a big fan of Best Buy but I gave up and had a local computer repair shop fix mine.
