“I have an older laptop..was having trouble trying to get Windows 10 update.. I guess ( have Webroot) cleaned..laptop still slow..I chatted few days ago & wasn't comfortable doing the online thing..store not have this option..what is the 39.99 service??”

Hi – Our Online Tune-Up service includes cleaning up your web browser and removing unneeded software, and other tune-up related tasks. It wouldn’t include an operating system repair, which may be required to get your updates to install. I’d suggest a Diagnostic and Repair service for your particular situation.
