my computer is ruuning way to slow null

I joined BestBuy Total Tech Support because of my computer runing slow. They did a tune up on my iMac running Catalina. They discarded a couple of programs that were virus protection that loaded with Catalina and some other things. Computer now runs like new. All over the internet and you don't have to be at your computer as they worked for over two hours.

MY HP LAPTOP SLOWING DOWN BECAUSE TO MUCH "JUNK". RECEIVING "UNWANTED E-MAILS" THAT CAN NOT BE REMOVED.
