“I am debating on the Creative Kit or the Genius Kit. Does the Genius have just as much drawing capabilities as the Creative. My granddaughter loves to draw, but also might enjoy the other games.”

The Genius has nothing for drawing you have to purchase separate , I was very disappointed about that. All you can do in the Genius is learning games
