• Yes you can as long as they fit inside. With the French doors you have more room than the one I bought, but you should be able to use a 9X13 pan.

• I purchased the OSTER 6 SLICE TOASTER OVEN, it does not have "French Doors" & is not digital. It does bake, convection baking & broil. I would say that as long as your metal pans fit in the oven they would work......but the opening of my oven is 11" wide x 9" deep x 4" high at the lowest rack position. Hope this helps you out!!!
