“Hi I have an Oster model #6297 and this toaster oven has lasted over 8 years but hinge on door broke and I have to prop the door up now. Is this the same model, because the one I have has a rack that slides out when you open the door. Thanks”

It doesn't have the sliding rack when opening the door.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds very much like the same. My door is pretty sturdy. I think it will hold up fine, just depending on how you handle the door. It is very light weight, and when you broil anything, you have to leave the door open to the first notch (about a 1/3 of the way.)
