“I read in a previous post that you cannot turn off the timer/dial if you are done cooking earlier than expected. Is this true? Seems odd...I'm not interested in a toaster that cannot be turned off no matter what the reason.”

• You can turn the toaster oven off by moving the timer knob back to the off position.

• I have this toaster for over a month' never had this problem. It is harder to turn the dial counter clockwise thpugh.
