No. Purchased separately and has geek squad put it on for a few extra bucks.

No, but a screen protector can be installed with case. Also recommend a camera lense protector screen.

This product does not come with a built-in screen cover but leaves plenty of room for a variety of glass and flexible plastic screen protectors as the sizes change with the varying brands.
