• It does not come with the holster, but I think there is a coupon inside the box to get one directly from OtterBox for free

• No. The XT seems to be the “value” version which does not come with the holster mentioned. Still a good case. MagSafe is worth a try for magnetic holders and wallets instead of the bulky waist holster.
