It has four stages of brightness, for every need. Love it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The upper part of the lamp is black. The lower part of the base is also black. The upper surface is off white in color. The color of the light emitted a cool white. It provides accurate rendition of the color of what it illuminates.
