Does the ring track workouts? null

Yes! Not only does it pick up on activity on its own, you are able to pair it with other apps! I have mine connected to Strava, so all my workouts from there get downloaded to the Oura app

I wish it would have more options to track’s activities, thanksfully it communicates with my apply watch
