You get the membership for the first month for free just for buying the ring. If you choose not to renew you only are able to access sleep, readiness, and activity scores. You won’t get access to the symptom radar, stress insights or other features. I’m not even sure if without the membership if you can access the details of your sleep or it’s just a score. Hope this helps!
