- Answer don't turn off, when you close the app and reopen, it will try to resync with your phone. try the find my ring again. Usually it will tell you how close you are you can pin it down. go slowly and move slowly. if your phone sees it, it wasn't stolen

- Answer A lot of stores have sizing rings on display available to slip on your finger to determine your size. I was able to figure out my size at Best Buy before purchasing my ring same day.
