yes at $6 a month but it's so worth it. I've had an oura ring since 2024 and the app is very impressive. It tells you things you won't believe. go to the website at ouraring.com and you can see all that the app will tell you with the subscription. You can also pay by the year and I think you get a discount.

The subscription is about $6.00 and I think it's required because of how much you miss out on it if you don't have the subscription.
