How do you determine your size? null

I went in my local Best Buy and they have a size guide thats there and i have heard more accurate then the one they mail you.

I bought the sizer kit from best buy first. $10. It comes with a $10 giftcard you can redeam when you purchase. Kit has many sizes, it the form of a black plastic ring. I tried wearing them for about a week to determine what finger i wanted to wear it on and which best fit that finger.

You'll want to wear it on your index finger, but it's snug if you get your traditional size. I'd go up two sizes from what you wear on your ring finger.

Oura website will send you sample rings to try on.
