“If my normal heart rate is generally below 60, will Oura be telling me constantly I have a problem or does it learn what is “normal” for me and alert me only if out of my normal range?”

The Oura Ring does not provide alerts or notifications about heart rate. Instead, it learns what is “normal” for you and tracks trends in your heart rate over time. If there is a significant trend in either direction, you'll see the trend in your Oura App data and insights.
